Details

A very useful piece of art, this can be used to store so many items. This was an empty peanut butter jar. I coated it with dimensional paste, then a layer of cheesecloth. I sculpted the cloth to look like waves. I then added natural seashells. Then all was painted in shades of blue with a silver wash. It's a great addition to any coastal decor. Several coats of glaze help protect the finished product. The lid is removable and has its own shell. It is 7” high. Use it in any room for added storage. You could use it to store cotton balls or bath salts in your bathroom. In the living room use it to store small items or coins. Take off the lid to use as a vase! So many uses for this jar! Do not immerse in water.
